All tiers within The Vanguard Circle — including The Discipline Path, The Mastery Blueprint, and The Vanguard Circle — are accessible by application and personal vetting only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Every approval is authorized personally by Founder Patrick Leon van der Vyver. The vetting process assesses alignment, commitment history, energy, and readiness for the stewardship standard required inside the cohort.

By applying and participating in any coaching call, live session, digital check-in, or cohort event, you grant Patrick VDV (Pty) Ltd the right to record, utilize, and distribute digital media, unscripted session highlights, transformation metrics, and related content for marketing, case studies, testimonials, and content production.

This grant is non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide. You understand that your voice, image, performance, and transformation data may appear across platforms including but not limited to websites, social media, podcasts, video productions, and paid advertising.

DISCRETION & CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE:

We operate with absolute respect for personal dignity. Private, deeply vulnerable, or sensitive discussions will be handled with strict editorial discretion and absolute confidentiality. Sensitive personal identifiers or confidential disclosures will be strictly redacted, anonymized, or excluded from public distribution unless explicit separate authorization is granted.

Patrick VDV (Pty) Ltd operates in strict adherence to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) of South Africa. We collect, process, and store personal information only for the purpose of vetting, onboarding, coaching delivery, and operational communication.

Any sensitive personal data, private communications, confidential identifiers, or protected health information captured during sessions will be strictly redacted or anonymized before public distribution. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Applicants and members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the operations desk directly. All data requests are handled in accordance with POPI Act timeframes and principles.

All training plans, software toolkits, strategic frameworks, architectures, curricula, written materials, video content, audio productions, branded assets, and methodologies provided by Patrick VDV (Pty) Ltd remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

Approved cohort members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials strictly for their own personal operational development. resale, redistribution, reverse-engineering, public reproduction, or commercial exploitation of any program content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
